Terms & Conditions

1. Taxes as applicable at the time of the function.
2. Booking will be considered confirmed after the payment of 30% of the  estimated billing. 60% of the payment on the minimum guaranteed guests to be done 30 days prior to the date of the event and remaining 10%, 7 days prior to the event.
3. Any further amount due for payment to be settled immediately on the day of the event through card or cheque.
4. Advance policy as per contract.
5. Per session minimum guaranteed guests for SOS & Chandra Baug are 200. Any number below will be alloted SOS & Neelam Baug.
6. Lighting will be done by LVP Banquets & Conventions vendor only. 
7. Crackers are not allowed inside and in the vicinity of LVP Estate.
8. Playing of loud music or band should be under government approved limits/decibel.
9. No loud speakers permitted beyond the designated point.(fork)
10. Audio visual aids, if required would be charged at extra cost.
11. Welcome drink and starters will be served only for one hour.
12. Services of only empanalled decorators, D.J. and florists to be utillised.
13. Sit down arrangements will be charged at extra cost.
14. Guests will be held liable for any damage done to the property.
